Not only is he a pro at downhill, he's getting the hang of cross-country too. :)

Skiing and Eating
aka the "Taste N Tour" was this Saturday in Ironwood. That was my kind of skiing, let me tell you. There were about 6 restaurants that had tables of food out along a 4k loop and you would ski up, give them a couple dollars, and you got to take a break and eat some yumminess! I had a pasty, and some bites of a hummus veggie wrap and a sweet potato/apple/raisin/cranberry salad that I'm pretty sure had curry in it. Delicious! It was nearly 50 degrees out yesterday so skiing was sooo pleasant! One layer, no hats, no gloves, and lots of sunshine! I ended up doing about 5.7k and Brian and Everett went out for another loop after that.

Skiing Baby!
Please pardon the crappy cell phone quality pictures - a certain mama forgot her camera (of all things!). Everett went down the hill 5 or 6 times (in two outings...the rest of the time was in the lodge), despised his goggles, refused to stand up, but giggled when he was going fast. Auntie Christy is convinced he'll be racing by age 4 (or something like that). They also managed to get me down the hill a few times (never downhill skiied before), and of course, I got myself a nice little sprained wrist and can't do anything with my left hand. :(
