Week 26

Inordinate number of baby pictures this week.  And late, but you know....
June 21: Leaving our house in Ashland....
June 22: This little guy adapted to his new surroundings without a hiccup
June 23: In fact, he loves the front porch swing.  It calms him no matter what's wrong.
June 24: And mommy loves Home Depot.   A little too much...
June 25: Lachlan started grabbing things and staring at his feet.  This growing business is for the birds.
June 26: Except for the smiles.  The smiles are awesome.
June 27: Three across in a Prius.  It is possible.  :)  This is two forward facing Diono Radian 100's and a rear facing Graco Snugride.  Once L is too big for the infant seat, we will be turning Ev's Radian rear-facing in the middle and Everett will move to the BubbleBum booster we already have.  I like having them harnessed as long as possible, but I'm not going to buy another Diono for a 6 year old.

Week 24

June 7: This baby loves his big brother sooooo much!
June 7 again: and his mama too.  :)  This was one of our nursing breaks from packing.
June 8: We celebrated our 7th anniversary on Sunday and got a sampler from the brewery down the street

Lachie came with us
June 9: We went on a walk and got juice boxes and Everett asked me to take a picture of my two big boys
June 10: The eyes....
June 11: A day shy of 2 months old.   Excuse me while I cry in the corner now....
I'm totally missing June 12.  Oops.

June 13: 2 month check-up!
I'll actually write something here since I use this blog a lot to remember details about the boys and their growth.  haha.  Lachlan had his two month check-up yesterday and all was well.  Although he did get squished by Callum on Thursday and spent the next 24 hours with a goopy eye, he's even better from that now.
He weighed in at 11 lbs (24th %ile), 24" long (91st %ile) and his head is in the 50th or so.  So basically, one of our kids.  :)  Everett was 10lbs8oz and 23 1/8", Callum was 12 lbs (chunky butt) and 24 1/2" long.  Callum was born the biggest, so we will see if the trend continues.
We are doing the same vaccine schedule we did with Callum so he won't have to get more than two pokes/time except maybe once.  So he got pentacel (DTaP, polio, and HiB), pneumoccocal, and rotavirus.  So basically, we're just delaying HepB for a bit.  He HATED the shots and is still a bit miserable from them, so packing today should be....fun.

June 4: Sometimes he's really serious.
June 5: The last day of preschool!!!!  sob.

Week 22

A bit late this week, but every day that Brian was home, we were working on packing!  The house is a total disaster and I'm going a tiny bit crazy.  Three weeks.....
May 24: These boys....
May 25: It was our first really hot day so L was hanging out on the porch in a onesie
May 26: I took like 6 shots with my DSLR and not a single one turned out.  Good thing I grabbed the phone for one last shot.  My three boysies.
May 27: This kid has some expressions.
May 28: Callum has finally warmed up to Lachlan.  Only took 6 weeks haha.  He was sharing all of his favorite things with L this morning and it was so sweet.
Here's baby Callum piled high with some of Everett's favorite toys.  Funny kids.
May 29: Thursday morning was not a fun time.  I woke up before 6 to Lachlan choking on mucus.  After trying various methods to help him clear the mucus, I was panicking and called my mom and sister over so I could take him to the ER.  Breathing stuff freaks me out and I was afraid that after so much gagging and choking, he might have aspirated some, so I decided to play it safe.  Of course, he was fine by the time we got there, but I blubbered to all the nurses while they checked him out and told me it was a good idea to bring him in.  Allergens are high right now and it seems like we all have some kind of summer cold, so it's probably that.  I'm just so glad that he sleeps right next to me in his side-carred crib....
And later that day, Everett had his preschool spring concert.  Adorable.
May 30: Daddy had his monthly day off and the weather was gorgeous, so we walked to the coffee shop for breakfast.  Baby-wearing daddy.  Hot.
