-He crawls like a maniac. He went from testing the waters of being on his hands and knees to speed crawling all over creation in a matter of hours. He's nuts. He's starting to figure out stairs too.
-He pulls to stand on everything (what is with this kid?!?) and gets into stuff he shouldn't. I think some of this crazy mobile behavior can be blamed on another daycare baby who's a month older and apparently peer pressured him into pulling these stunts.
-He eats everything. Seriously. You put anything in front of him and he WILL eat it. Yesterday, he was nomming on baked potato and vegetarian chili. Today, he had some cut up grapes. Texture is no issue for this one. I have to remind myself to nurse him or I think he'd just nurse at night and eat solids all day.
-Speaking of night, Callum is still relishing the good life, sleeping snuggled up to me. He naps in his crib during the day and will usually go down for the night in his crib, but once he needs to nurse at night, he's snuggled. He nurses several times at night, which keeps me happy that he's maintaining his milk supply and reinforcing birth control. And I like it.
-He's enormous. Somewhere around 21/22 lbs and about 29"
-He adores his brother. He speed crawls into Everett's room whenever we're upstairs. Might have something to do with the books and duplos covering the floor....but he loves his brother too. No one can make him laugh like his big brother can. I can only shake my head and widen my eyes thinking about a few months from now when Callum will be able to attempt to keep up with Everett.
-He still loves being worn. Whenever we go somewhere with the whole daycare crew, the other two babies are in the stroller, Everett's on his scoot, and Callum gets snuggled up into the Ergo. He usually either A. turns his head back and forth as he watches cars or B. zonks out. There are still the rare times too when he's too tired to fall asleep and I have to pop him up on my back until he crashes and then put him in his crib.
-Still no teeth. But teething.
-He can finally ROLL! lol. It only took learning to crawl to figure out the whole rolling thing. Weirdo.
-He really hates when daddy walks by him without scooping him up for snuggles. He will crawl after Brian, wailing, until he gets his attention.
-He's our little ball of sunshine and snuggle muffin. Everett could never sit still long enough to truly snuggle, but Callum is perfectly content to be in a lap with hugs and kisses.
